Hello,

My name is John Roe. I am a native upstate South Carolinian and the owner/operator of BDR Cleaning Company, LLC (licensed and insured). My goal is to become the most technically proficient provider of high level, reasonably priced floor care services in upstate South Carolina. I have vast experience in maintenance and cleaning gained through many years of service on military vehicles and facilities as well as in heavy industrial settings within the civilian sector. I’ve decided to put the knowledge gained in these industries to use in the residential and commercial floor care industry. In addition, I have completed the requirements set forth by The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) receiving certification as a Carpet Cleaning, Repair, and Reinstallation Technician. BDRCC has also received IICRC Certified Firm status.

BDRCC’s services will not only improve the level of health within your home, but dramatically increase the life and appearance of one of the most expensive investments in your home… your carpet. As the father of three, I truly enjoy time with my children and we frequently spend that time on our home’s carpet playing games and wrestling. The knowledge gained while pursuing education and training in my craft has been a real eye opener to the purpose and importance of the carpet I’ve taken for granted for many years. Carpet is a vital instrument in reducing the contaminants in the air you breathe within your home and like any other air filter… it must be emptied. Traditional carpet cleaners perceive a “good job” as clean looking carpet. I will take the time to ensure your carpet is cleaned with the health of your family in mind. Fortunately, a major benefit of this method is great looking carpet.

I do not focus on any one of the accepted methods of cleaning. I believe each application may require a different approach and I will evaluate your carpet to identify the best method based on carpet type, soiling level, and many other factors. I have the ability and equipment to tailor the method to your specific needs including manufacturer mandated hot water extraction (steam cleaning) with a powerful truck mounted system (other methods may void carpet warranties).

I do not believe in using tricks or gimmicks to gain entry into your home in order to use the “bait and switch” method employed by many service based providers… that is blatant dishonesty. I will always offer a free estimate before any work is completed to ensure absolutely no surprises when I complete the services you request.
